Carville's RestaurantCarville's was once a very popular restaurant in Windsor. On this site, Henry Carville's mother, Mary, started making potato chips in 1918 and sold them door to door. The business became the State Line Potato Chips Company when she sold it in 1929. In 1945, she and her son started a small bakeshop on this property that would evolve into Carville's restaurant, a Motor Lodge, and the Ranch House stand that is still in operation. © Windsor Historical Society.
